Blarg

So my teacher didn't get our test back to us today.  He's taking his time grading the test.  He says that he's about 3/4 of the way through, meaning he graded the scantron part and is about half of the way through the essay part.  He also told us that the grades so far are as he expected them to be...what kinda crap is that?!  He refuses to tell us what the grades are looking like letter wise, so now I have to wait until Tuesday to get my grade back.  >_<>_<
I did get my fixed test back, he said that the key was right, but the scantron machine was counting 2 questions wrong...so HA!  I got 5 points added on to my grade so I got a 94 muaha ha ha ha ha.

Good news, last Friday at work some milk, about 200 pounds, decided to attack Tommy and in order to save his head he put his arm up and then also landed on his other arm.  So he landed real hard on his left elbow, and smashed 2 fingers on that hand.  He went to the doctor on Saturday and they thought that it was possible for him to have fractured his elbow, but since it was too swollen they couldn't take an x-ray of it.  So poor Tommy got to wear a fiberglass cast and arm sling.  He was able to get the x-ray FINALLY on Tuesday and he got the results on Wednesday...yay for Tommy, his elbow is VERY bruised, so the doctor told him that he's not really supposed to use it...How do you not use your elbow?!  Now, lucky Tommy, gets to wear a brace/sling that keeps his arm close to his chest, that way he doesn't use his elbow...good thing it wasn't his right arm, I would love to have seen him try and do everything with his left hand/arm he he he.  The only let down is that I still won't have an answer to my question of how do you take a shower/bath with a cast on.  I know you can wrap it and whatever, but I want it explained...perferably with pictures of it wrapped in plastic wrap and duct taped. ^_^  Tommy did say that it was interesting putting his seat belt on and driving though, since we drive with our left hand.

I would like someone to please explain to me why it's almost 90 degrees in February?!  I almost died last night, I had my ceiling fan on and my desk fan on high and I was still burning up...sometime during the night I even opened my window and it was still really hot...WTF?  It was 80 in the house last night until all the windows were opened downstairs.  I had all the windows opened in my room, but had to close them because people were walking their dogs and making  A LOT of noise and Harley was having a freakin fit, barking and buffing and talking every few minutes...I was getting ready to KILL her!  It's really hard to concentrate on doing Astronomy calculations
**Reason for the picture...its Wall-e...and it's cute...and I want Christmas to be here now since its the funnest season like ever =p

Good Start of the week ^_^

So I got one of my astronomy test back today, I'll get the other one back on Thursday *shudder*, I kicked butt on the test though!  The score that I got was an 89, and when we were going over the test today in class most everyone noticed that there was a 4 point discrepancy on the scantron part. So I was thinking yay if he goes back and credits the 4 points to everyone I have myself a 93...not bad, but I would have liked higher.  Then as we are going over the essay part of the test on one question he had given me 3(out of 5) points and a question mark next to picture that I had drawn.  So after class I go up and ask him about the question, I mean everything was right just not the picture I drew...which is good, I mean I even put the equations on there, so he said that he would give me another point and only take a point off for the picture.  So *totting my own horn* I got 1 point shy of a perfect score on the essay part of my test *toot toot* So I got a 90, and if he gives everyone 4 points a 94 AWESOME!

In other news Harley has been diligently protecting the house, she lays at the foot of my bed with her front paws on the footboard and her head down looking through the window and buffing and watching everyone and everything that may be out there.  She starts grunting, her way of talking, and buffing anytime the squirrel, that barks at us when ever we go outside,  is in the tree, on the fence...or worse on the roof.  When he was on the roof the other day she stood up and put her front paws on her crate and knelt down to look out the window, all the while just a talkin the squirrel, I wonder what she would have done if the window had actually been cracked?!  Anytime certain people get home she starts barking, grunting and buffing, its kinda funny, but when that person gets home late at night/wee morning hours it's not fun.

Hmmm...last piece of "news" I got a futon this weekend, a lady at my mom's office is moving to New Orleans with her boyfriend and is selling all her furniture and stuff, so she sold us her couch originally and then she sold us her all wood futon (for $80...awesome since they are usually $400!), so my parents are letting me choose which one I want to take and then Tommy and Ana might take the other since their futon is poking them with the springs...fun.  So I've decided that the futon might be better.  All we have to do is buy a new pillow thing because the one it came with is all stained and gross.  Awesome, I also got a 4 slice toaster, and then someone else at mom's office has offered to give me their kitchen table because they are getting a new one, but mom's not sure about it because (1) they don't have anywhere to put it, they don't even have room for the futon and (2) mom's not sure how it looks, she doesn't want to get a table that's all beat up and stuff, plus I have until July/August to get all the crap I will need for a new apartment.

Now I'm off to "do my homework"
XOXO

OK so...

So I haven't posted in awhile..nothing really new is happening. I had my test today, and I didn't get my other test back...='(, but I should get both back next week...woot. BUt I was surfing on AOL and found this article...OH MY WORD is all I have to say!

"Indiana Woman Said "I Do" 23 Times
Because of her multiple marriages, the fictional character Erica Kane on ABC's soap opera "All My Children" has the longest name for a television character: Erica Kane Martin Brent Cudahy Chandler Roy Roy Montgomery Montgomery Chandler Marick Marick Montgomery. But one real-life Indiana woman would have her beat by a long shot.

See which star couples have ended in Splitsville...
She was born Linda Lou Taylor, but the 68-year-old Anderson, Ind., woman has had many names over the past 50+ years. That's because she's been hitched 23 times, making her the most married woman in history.
Linda can't remember her husbands in order, but she remembers the first one vividly. She and George Scott married in 1957, when she was just 16 and he was 31. They stayed together for seven years, making the marriage her longest.
Her shortest marriage? Thirty-six hours to Fred Chadwick.
Linda now goes by the surname Wolfe. She and husband Glynn "Scotty" Wolfe did not marry for love, however. The two wed in Arizona in 1996 as part of a publicity stunt. Scotty was the most married man in the world, and Linda was his 29th bride. Scotty died just a few days before their one-year anniversary.
If you think your ex-spouse story is bad, imagine having 23 of them.
Linda has been married to a convict, a preacher, a musician, bartenders, homeless men, electricians, and even two gay men. One husband beat her. More than one deserted her.
But this hasn't discouraged her from walking down the aisle again.

I have found where all Harley's hair is!!

So reading for class isn't that fun, it's the basic crap that I've already learned...a few times, so I got about half way through my chapter and decided that it would be a better idea to clean my room. And this idea is always good in theory right? I folded and put up all the laundry I had done earlier this week, thrown away LOTS of papers and stuff that I will never need again, organized my movies and I'm working on my little bookshelf right now. I have officially found were Harley hides all the hair she sheds. I mean it gets on my bed, but that's nothing unusual to me, Stormy and Nikki hair manages to some how get on my stuff up here, so a little hair on the places where Harley usually stays is fine...but after cleaning the way I have tonight I have found all the other hair that she sheds! It's good hair too, it's the nice kind that clumps itself up for you, that way all you have to do is pick up the clumps, so yeah...it was hiding in the corners and along the edge of my big bookshelf...now if only my vacuum wasn't making funny noises and smelling weird when I turn it on we would be in business, but alas it is so I'm picking up the clumps by hand, which isn't bad. I still have some cleaning and organizing to do so it's all good.

Other news...for once my room is actually the COOLEST in the house..I don't know what exactly the weather decided to do, but it feels nice outside so I opened my windows to let the nice air in and the muggy air out and now any time I walk out into the hallway or anything there is a blast of warm air and it's strange...usually it's the other way around o_0

I finished the baby blanket and am currently washing it to get all the dog hair and other things that got on it off, plus I want to make sure it will hold up being washed b/c once I send it to Joe and them I can't fix it unless the want to send it back...but where is the fun in that, it need to be a durable blanket right? It turned out really nice, I'll have to take some pictures before I mail it over to them to show off to everyone ^_^
